There will be new life for the former Cargill grain elevators on the south edge of Vincennes, IN. Perdue AgriBusiness is re-opening the Ramsey Road facility in time for this year’s harvest, reports WZDM.
The grain elevator was closed by Cargill in July of last year. Perdue officials will operate the facility under a lease until the deal between the two companies is finalized.
Right now, Perdue officials are doing maintenance on the elevators; they are expected to open for farmer business in the next few weeks.
