A project that expands the capacity of the North Dakota Mill and Elevator will be completed in June, reports the Grand Forks Herald.

Vance Taylor, president and CEO of the mill, said the $10.5 million railroad expansion will allow the mill to receive 110-car trains of wheat at its Grand Forks facility.

Taylor said the mill will bring in a maximum of two shuttle trains per month when the expansion is completed.

The mill also added four silos, which together can hold a million bushels of wheat.
