Koch Foods Inc., Park Ridge, IL, is investing $80 million at its Gadsden, AL, plant, reports Birmingham Business Journal.
The company plans to hire an additional 200 workers, increasing the plant’s production capacity by 30%. Payroll for the plant is expected to top $4.8 million.
In October, the company said it planned to invest nearly $40.5 million to build a feed mill in Randolph County.
