KGFA to Award More than $25,000 in Scholarships

All high school seniors in Kansas are eligible

Pass it along to a deserving student you know that Kansas Grain and Feed Association (KGFA) will award 19 scholarships to Kansas students in 2018.

Eligible students must be (a):

  • Graduating Kansas high-school senior
  • Self-starter, excellent academic credential, good school and community citizen, strong desire to continue their education
  • Planning to attend any Kansas 4-year university, community college or votechnical school

KGFA will be awarding four scholarships in the amount of $1,000 ($500 each semester) and 14 scholarships in the amount of $1,500 ($750) each semester. Each year KGFA also awards one $500 ($250 each semester) Dub & Inez Johnson Memorial Scholarship.

New to this Year
KGFA is only accepting mailed applications. Each applicant must mail SIX (6) printed application packets, complete with all required materials (see bottom of application for additional material requirements).

Deadline
Friday, February 23, 2018. ABSOLUTELY NO applications will be reviewed that are postmarked after 5:00 p.m. on Friday, February 23 and that do not have ALL accompanying materials.
