Iowa Closing in on DuPont Pioneer Headquarter Deal

Neither company nor state officials have shared details of the prospective deal

The Iowa Economic Development Authority is set to vote Friday morning on a financial award for Johnston's DuPont Pioneer, though neither company nor state officials have shared details of the prospective deal.

The future of the Johnston operation has been uncertain after chemical giants Dow Chemical and DuPont announced in December they would merge, spinning off chemical giants' new $18 billion agricultural company and slashing thousands of jobs. To read more click here.
