A grain dealer is under fire after the Nebraska Public Service Commission (NPSC) said he was selling grain without a license, reports Nebraska TV.
According to the commission, Roberts Seed Incorporated in Axtell, NE, was operating without a grain dealer's license.
The commission said they tried to work with the business to complete the application process, but they never got the necessary documentation.
In May, the commission issued a cease and desist order to the company
Now Roberts Seeds Inc. wants a second chance to make things right as they are working on completing the application needed for a license.
