Grain Spilled as Train Cars Derail

The grain spilled near Cedar Lake in Cedar Rapids, IA, from a Canadian National rail car that was bound for Ralston Foods, according to an officer on scene.

It was a two-car derailment just a few back from the main enginem according to a report from The Gazette. The derailment happened last Thursday afternoon.

There were no injuries reported.
