Grain Markets Edge Higher as Bomb Cyclone Hits

Blizzard conditions continue across northwestern corn, soybean belts and spring wheat belt

As Winter Storm Wesley continues to impact the Plains and Midwest with rain, wind, thunderstorms and heavy snow, grain prices climb higher as the storms and wet conditions offset large supply.

Seeking Alpha reports the weather will provide near-term upside for the grain markets, especially corn. Upside will be tempered by other bearish variables, however, including the trade deal and strong supply.
