A new primary grain elevator may be built west of Stettler says a report at The Stettler Independent.

G3 Canada is considering building astate-of-the-art facility featuring fast truck unloads and a loop track design allowing trains to remain intact and load quickly.

The facility is designed to have a storage capacity of 42,000 tonnes and use industry-leading dust mitigation techniques.

Pending regulatory approval, construction is expected to begin in spring 2019 and take about 18 months to complete.
