The Daily Union reported on a fourth death caused by an explosion at Didion Milling Plant in Cambria, WI.

The explosion occurred around 11 p.m. on May 31. The Red Cross of Wisconsin and 36 other agencies responded to the disaster. Though the cause of the explosion is currently unknown, the damage to the facility is immense. The body of the last unaccounted for member of the 16-person shift who was on duty the night of the explosion, was found the morning of June 5. The fatalities have been identified as Pawel Tordoff, packing machine operator, Robert Goodenow, forklift driver, and Duelle Block, mill operator. Now, Angel Reyes, pack operator, succumbed to his injuries Tuesday morning at University of Wisconsin Hospital in Madison.

The cause of the explosion is still under investigation, but some employees have started working at the milling facility again, and the ethanol plant next to it has once more started accepting grain.
