The temperature is in the high 60's outside but the real heat is happening inside of The Colorado Convention Center in Denver, CO, as 400 plus exhibitors set up their booths and gear in preparation for the GEAPS Exchange 2018. From 7:00 am to 5:00 pm exhibitors will be moving crates and getting ready for tomorrow, but there are still several other things happening around the Exchange.
There are committee meetings happening throughout the day, including the Exchange Educational Programming Committee Meeting and the Membership Committee Meeting from 1:00 to 3:00 pm and the Chapter Resource Committee and Continuing Education Program Oversight Committee meetings from 3:00 to 5:00 pm.
If this is your first time at the GEAPS Exchange or your an international attendee make sure to stop by the Denver Mixer. This party runs 5:30 to 6:30 pm is an invite-only event that gives new attendees a chance to network with each other and start to learn what the organization is about.
After the Denver Mixer head over to the Get-Acquainted Party from 7:00 to 11:00 pm. The theme is "Après Ski" and the party will give you a chance to meet or catch up with fellow attendees.
But don't stay out too late. The exchange starts at 6:00 am with a Fun Run, and the opening workshop starts at 7:00 am.
