China will import soybeans from the North Kazakhstan region, reports AKIPress.com.
The North Kazakhstan region produces 30% of grain and 40% of oil-bearing crops in the country, the region's administration said.
The first consignment of 100 tons of soybeans will be exported to China this fall. North Kazakhstan is ready to export 150,000 tons of oil-bearing products to China.
