Central Valley Ag Buys Out Cargill Joint Venture

Buyout will give full ownership of Progressive Ag Partners, Bradshaw, NE

Central Valley Ag (CVA) Cooperative, headquartered in York, NE, will buyout of its joint venture with Cargill in Progressive Ag Partners LLC in Bradshaw, NE, says the Lincoln Journal Star.

The buyout will give CVA full ownership of Progressive Ag Partners effective June 1.

The joint venture was formed in September 2002 and offered the buying, selling and storage of grain from producers in the Bradshaw area.
