Brock Grain Systems Names HR Administrator

Tiffany Pipho has been promoted to Human Resources Administrator for Brock Grain Systems in Iowa, according to Tammy Hilliker, Human Resources Manager for the CTB Inc. business unit.

In her new role, she will help coordinate human resources practices, policies and programs that align with corporate initiatives, while promoting a compliant, equitable environment.

She will also act as a first point of contact for employee questions and concerns, help recruit and onboard talented employees, maintain performance management programs, and coordinate wellness and safety activities, among other duties.

Before her promotion, Pipho held various positions for CTB in Des Moines, IA, within the accounts payable and receivable, customer service and human resources departments. She earned additional experience in the grain and service industries prior to her employment with CTB.

Pipho is a graduate of Iowa State University in Ames, IA, with a Bachelor of Science degree double majoring in both business management and marketing. She is a native of Sumner, IA.
