The federal body in Canada responsible for regulating feed mills is investigating an August accident in Kensington, P.E.I., that saw a person get his leg caught in a piece of machinery, reports the Journal Pioneer.
Emergency crew responded to the incident at Kensington Co-Op Feed Mill around 9:50 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 23, where they found the individual lying on the floor with an injured leg.
Through the federal investigation, health and safety officers will gather information relating to the incident, including photographs, witness statements, documents and other physical evidence.
