Archer Daniels Midland Company’s (NYSE: ADM) Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of 33.5 cents per share on the company’s common stock, a 4.7 percent increase from last quarter’s dividend of 32 cents per share. The dividend is payable on March 13, 2018, to shareholders of record on Feb. 20, 2018.
This is ADM’s 345th consecutive quarterly payment, a record of 86 years of uninterrupted dividends. As of Dec. 31, 2017, there were 557,427,852 shares of ADM common stock outstanding.
