CTEC AG, a major concrete construction and engineering company located in York, Nebraska has announced the new Canadian subsidiary CTEC AG Construction ULC. The addition of this subsidiary is designed to expand CTEC AG’s footprint internationally while strengthening its existing relationships with U.S.-based companies that also operate in Canada.
“We’ve had several U.S. companies with facilities in Canada request our services, and after considerable preparation and planning, we are now in the position to support this expansion internationally,” said Greg Wurst, CEO of CTEC AG. CTEC AG Construction ULC is making its Canadian debut with a major U.S. based grain company. Work is scheduled to start in the coming weeks.
Joining the CTEC AG family of companies (CTEC Construction Solutions, Batterton Waterproofing and Moeller Engineering), is supported by nearly five decades of design, construction and preventative maintenance expertise. These combined competencies have allowed CTEC AG the ability to offer a wide range of construction solutions to serve the agricultural industry and beyond.
“The CTEC AG Construction ULC development is an attractive opportunity that will drive long-term growth by adding to our portfolio and building upon our construction, operations and marketing capabilities,” said Wurst. “It is ideally situated to meet the growing demand for reliable concrete and construction services in Canada,” he added.
CTEC AG Construction ULC employs seven people and is based in Vancouver.
