About Micronutrients (www.micro.net)
Micronutrients, based in Indianapolis, began as a research project in 1992 to develop a new category of trace minerals to support superior animal diets. Micronutrients is now the industry’s second largest manufacturer of branded trace minerals serving the global trace mineral ingredient market. Its first product was a hydroxy trace copper product form known as IntelliBond C. Micronutrients now complements the success of IntelliBond C by developing and manufacturing hydroxy trace mineral forms of zinc and manganese. To date, 80 research trials report that Micronutrients’ products improve animal productivity and health while minimizing handling costs and environmental impact.
