ArrowCorp Inc. is pleased to announce that their Kipp-Kelly division is celebrating 100 years of existence. In 1913 Theodore Kipp and George Kelly, both Engineers with backgrounds in the Milling Industry formed a new company in Winnipeg called Kipp-Kelly.
Together they patented the first Rotary Oatmeal Cutter in 1926. Kipp-Kelly continued to diversify and started manufacturing the Kipp-Kelly Gravity Tables and Destoners in the mid 1930’s. Kipp-Kelly became a Winnipeg and Canadian Agricultural Institution and leader with a
aggressive sales force headed by Robert Kipp, who pioneered equipment sales to over 70 countries worldwide. Kipp-Kelly was one of the first North American companies to exhibit and sell equipment into the USSR, Europe, Northern Africa and the Middle East. Kipp-Kelly was acquired by ArrowCorp in 1996, and continues to be a prominent presence under the ArrowCorp umbrella.
ArrowCorp currently operate two manufacturing facilities, Premier Grain Cleaner Company of New Brighton, Minnesota and the ArrowCorp/Kipp-Kelly Head Office and Factory in Winnipeg, Canada. www.arrowcorp-graincleaning.com
