Local volunteer fire department rushed to the scene
Emergency crews responded to a report of an explosion at a grain elevator in Garretson, SD, on Jan. 11. It happened just before 6 p.m. at Eastern Farmers Coop. on Depot Avenue.
The Garretson Volunteer Fire Department and ambulance were on the scene.
