IPE and University of Georgia Collaborate on Spanish Language Program
Registrants receive free admission to the International Poultry Expo
The International Poultry Expo, a component of IPPE, is collaborating with the University of Georgia to promote the Poultry School en espanol 2013 course to be held February 1-6, 2013, in Athens, GA. Registrants who sign up for the Poultry School en espanol 2013 course will also receive registration to the 2013 International Poultry Expo, which will take place January 29-31, 2013, in Atlanta, GA.
The Poultry School en espanol 2013 course is a collaborative effort between the Department of Food Science and Technology and the Department of Poultry Science at the University of Georgia and the Inter-American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture. The six-day course will immediately follow the International Poultry Expo and will address current topics, such as best avian practices, processing and technology developments, food safety, value-added processing, quality of poultry products, packaging and culinology.
Registration for the course is USD $1,200 until December 14, 2012. After December 14, the registration fee will be $1,400. Registration is open until January 19, 2013.
