ADM Elects Directors, Declares Cash Dividend
Announcements made at the company's 89th Annual Stockholders' Meeting
Archer Daniels Midland Company (ADM) announced the election of its board of directors, including its new director, Daniel Shih, deputy chairman and executive director of Stella International Holdings Limited.
The Board's 11 incumbent directors were also re-elected. The directors re-elected are: Alan L. Boeckmann, George W. Buckley, Mollie Hale Carter, Terrell K. Crews, Pierre Dufour, Donald E. Felsinger, Antonio Maciel Neto, Patrick J. Moore, Thomas F. O'Neill, Kelvin R. Westbrook and Patricia A. Woertz.
In addition, ADM's Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of 17.5 cents per share on the company's common stock payable. This is ADM's 324th consecutive quarterly payment.
