He was subsequently employed by Con Agra as the Commodity Trading Director for Molinos of Puerto Rico. Returning to the states, he worked for three years as a domestic and international Supply Chain Manager for Auto Zone. Byron started his career with Maxi-Lift as the Territory Sales Manager for the Southeast U.S. and Latin America. He was promoted to Business Development Leader and then Director of International Sales.

Byron’s new role places him as the lead of Maxi-Lift’s efforts to help find, educate and convert prospects— both at home and abroad.  He will also focus on expanding international sales through distributors and representatives.
