Man Rescued from Grain Bin at Bunge Morristown Grain in Shelby County, IN

Employee fell into bin while working; trapped in nearly 35 feet of grain


A man who fell into a grain bin in Indiana's Shelby County late Thursday evening was rescued after about two hours.

At about 9:30 p.m., police and emergency medical services crews were dispatched to Bunge Morristown Grain in northeastern Shelby County on reports of a grain elevator accident.
