Sweet Adds Bilingual Customer Service Specialist
James Davidson brings years of experience in Latin America to the team
Sweet Manufacturing Company is pleased to welcome James Davidson as its new Customer Service Specialist. His responsibilities will include assisting customers worldwide with technical specifications and capabilities of our products, answering customers’ questions about replacement and add-on parts for our existing products in the field, and helping customers with all aspects of their orders. James will demonstrate an important part of the Sweet Sales team’s ongoing commitment to provide extraordinary customer service.
James is an established sales professional with several years of proven sales and customer service experience in both domestic and international markets. He is bilingual in Spanish and English and has extensive work experience in Latin America. James has previous experience in the agricultural and industrial sectors, having worked for a leading elevator bucket manufacturer. James most recently worked at an energy company, handling the firm’s permitting and land surveying efforts. He has a proven ability to apply his strong problem solving skills and experience to provide added value and overall customer satisfaction. James has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
