Learn about the latest developments in poultry processing by attending the 2012 Poultry Processor Workshop. Sponsored by U.S. Poultry & Egg Association, this year's conference will be held May 16-17, at the Marriott Marquis in Atlanta, GA.
Technology, food safety and quality assurance are vitally important to poultry processing. Understanding how these aspects work together to improve productivity is essential in today’s fast-paced poultry industry. In an effort to continue streamlining effective and efficient processing, the Workshop will provide plant managers with information regarding government programs and inspections, sustainability initiatives in alternative energy and water re-use, effective management tools, cutting-edge technology, and more.
