KMZ Industries Acquired Assets of Brice Baker Group’s Grain Storage and Processing Business

Acquisition in line with strategic development plan


KMZ Industries has acquired the key assets of Brice Baker Group’s grain storage and processing business, namely the automated Bradbury production lines and all intellectual property rights for Brice Baker silos and dryers, including the renowned Law-Denis grain dryers.

This acquisition is in line with KMZ Industries strategic development plan to significantly enhance its product offering and expand production capacities in order to accommodate increasing market demand for storage and processing equipment, maintain its leadership status in Ukraine and strengthen its positions in CIS region.

Brice-Baker silos are renowned for their robust construction and high galvanising standards, with shallow profile wall sheets and external wall stiffener columns designed for a cleaner discharge. In 2010, Brice-Baker bought the exclusive intellectual property rights to the design(s) for the world-famous Law-Denis grain dryer.
