Entrance Deadline Approaches for GEAPS 2012 Safety Award

The deadline for enrolling in the 2012 Safety Awards Program is quickly approaching.
If your facility would like to participate in this annual tribute to excellence in safety, make sure to send your form to the GEAPS office by Dec. 31.
The 2012 Safety Awards will honor companies and facilities with verifiable records of achievement at Exchange 2013 in Louisville, Ky.
The program is also open to suppliers, engineers and millwrights.
More than 425 facilities at 29 companies were recognized with the 2010 GEAPS Safety Awards at Exchange 2011 in Portland, Ore.
Will you be among the winners for 2012?
To be in the contention, companies must enroll before the end of this year.
To enroll your facility, fill out the Safety Awards application form (available here) and fax or mail it back to the GEAPS office, with the appropriate enrollment fee ($75 for facilities employing a GEAPS member, $110 for non-member facilities).
GEAPS also offers a more environmentally friendly award.
This certificate-only option saves shipping materials used to send a plaque. To participate, simply select the "Go Green" option on your enrollment form.
