AFIA Announces Registration Changes for IFE 2012

Including new pick-up dates for attendee and exhibitor badges

Attendee and exhibitor registration for the International Feed Expo/International Poultry Expo is now open. To register now please visit: https://register.rcsreg.com/r2/ipe2012/ga/index2.html.

This year, IFE/IPE has made several improvements to the registration program. Online registration will remain open until the first day of the show, Monday, Jan. 23.

Attendee Badges: Prior to Jan. 8, all domestic and Canadian badges will be mailed and international attendees will pick-up their badges on-site in the registration area as was in previous years. After Jan. 8, attendees will receive an email with a scan code to print out and bring with them to pick-up their badge on-site in the registration area.

Exhibitor Badges: Prior to Jan. 8, exhibitors have the option of having their badges mailed or badges can be picked up on-site. If an exhibitor elects on-site pick-up, automated scanners will be available that will read the registration confirmation email sent to the individual, which will allow for badges to be printed in the registration area. For exhibitors registering after Jan. 8, they will have to pick up their badge on-site.

If your company is a member of AFIA or U.S. Poultry & Egg Association and is actively producing eggs and/or poultry meat for consumption, feed or pet food, you are eligible for a complimentary registration by completing the online registration before January 8, 2012.

On the hotel side, the IFE room block is now open to the general public through our OFFICIAL housing agency, Wyndham Jade. If you have not made your reservations, please do so as soon as possible, as several of the popular hotels are already full. Beware of solicitations by third parties for hotel reservations. A number of them are scam artists; and IFE/IPE is confident that our housing agency, Wyndham Jade, has negotiated the lowest rates available.
