The American Feed Industry Association’s Liquid Feed Committee presents the 41st annual Liquid Feed Symposium. The 2011 Liquid Feed Symposium will be at the Westin Crown Center Hotel in Kansas City, MO, Sept. 13-15.

This year’s program, Industry Innovations, will focus on critical technologies and science essential to liquid feed manufacturing and delivery. The keynote speaker is Alex Avery of Hudson Institute. In addition, other experts from business, government and academia will speak on a variety of relevant topics, including presentations from Dr. Dan McChesney of the Food and Drug Administration’s Center for Veterinary Medicine, AFIA’s Richard Sellers and industry speakers addressing ingredient and nutritional advances.

LFS is the only educational program, networking forum and related industry exposition of its kind. The event is specifically geared toward manufacturers of liquid supplements, ingredient suppliers for liquid supplements and equipment manufacturers or supporting companies to this unique and growing industry.  Decision makers in the liquid feed field will be present to learn the latest information on trends, markets, potential regulatory issues, research, marketing techniques and other relevant topics.

The symposium will also feature the Liquid Feed Trade Show, where manufacturers, suppliers and industry-support companies will exhibit their products. In addition, the Sept. 14th awards luncheon will feature the induction of an industry leader into the Liquid Feed Hall of Fame.
