Friday, Oct. 20, is the final day to pre-register for the American Feed Industry Association's Equipment Manufacturers Conference, happening Nov. 2-4 in Orlando, Florida.

Hosted by the AFIA Equipment Manufacturers Committee, this year's conference will bring together equipment designers, builders and installers from across the United States who will focus on assessing risk management in the feed industry.

The three-day event kicks off with the annual golf tournament, which raises money for the Institute for Feed Education & Research's EMC scholarship fund, a program designed to encourage college students to consider careers in the feed or grain sciences. Educational programs at the conference will also include an update on policy issues being discussed in Washington, D.C., a presentation on safety labels, a panel discussion with AFIA's Production Compliance Committee and more. Dan Klein, author of My 3:59, a story about Dan's mission to live each day in the present, will also speak about moving with purpose. Click here for the full agenda.

In addition to the formal program, conference attendees will also have the opportunity to take part in special offers from The Walt Disney Co. More information on those are available here.
