Imas, Zaccaria Form Strategic Alliance

Agreement consists of joint distribution in strategic markets, sales and promotional efforts

Imas, which has a North American branch in Texas, and Zaccaria, Limeira, Brazil, have signed an agreement to form a global strategic alliance between the two companies.

This agreement consists of joint distribution in strategic markets, sales and promotional efforts contributing common projects, and transferring know-how to the new and existing any-type grain milling projects.

The agreement will allow both companies to combine their strength to deliver complete solutions, add value into the industry-leading customers, increase influence in the global markets, and become more aggressive in penetrating new markets. By sharing know-how of well qualified and experienced technical engineers, both companies will have more integrated grain solutions to the potential customers.

Imas has been manufacturing high technology products and efficient complete projects with Milleral brand in the grain-milling sector since 1989. Imas has gained the trust of his customers with rapid after sales service and has been meeting the demands of his business partners thoroughly. Milleral has been manufacturing machinery and complete plants for milling grain like wheat, corn, rye, oat and barley to get flour and semolina for many years with high customer satisfaction.

Viteral, also an Imas brand, carries its experience since 1989 into feed milling machinery sector by providing the production and installation of machines and complete facilities used for bovine, ovine and poultry feed production.

Zaccaria manufactures machinery and equipment to process all type of cereals since 1925. It has become the leader in the Brazilian milling market, reaching 70% of a market of 12,000,000 tons/year. Product lines also include rice, beans, maize and execution of turnkey projects for facilities processing of cereals and their derivatives on a worldwide basis.
