KGFA Offers Grain Handlers Courses

Program is taking a unique look at the challenges grain handlers faced during this year’s harvest

The Kansas Grain and Feed Association (KGFA) will hold its 2018 Grain Handlers Courses next week.

The 2018 KGFA Fall Grain Handlers program is taking a unique look at the challenges grain handlers faced during this year’s harvest. This day long training evaluates various crop quality issues and provides practical lessons for future harvest.

The goal of these workshops is to provide grain handlers and elevator operators with a full range of expertise in handling the 2018 crop. This program will cover a range of topics, challenges and opportunities facing the grain industry.

The December 6 course will take place at the KSU Ag Research Center in Hays, KS. The December 7 course will take place at the Garden City Co-op in Garden City, KS.

Registration is $100.
