Land O' Lakes Names Chief Marketing Officer

Heather Malenshek will join the organization in September

Land O’Lakes, Inc. announces Heather Malenshek will join the organization as Chief Marketing Officer effective September 8, 2020.

In this capacity, Malenshek will oversee B2C and B2B branding and marketing strategy and is responsible for building marketing competencies across all businesses and geographies. She also will have oversight for FLM Harvest, a wholly owned subsidiary of Land O’Lakes, Inc.

Malenshek joins Land O’Lakes most recently from her own consultancy and from Harley-Davidson Motor Co. where she served as Chief Marketing Officer. She previously worked with a wide range of brands and broad categories including financial services, pharmaceuticals, motorcycles, automotive, food and beverage, pet care and more. She was recently recognized by Forbes as one of the world’s most influential CMOs in 2018 and 2019.
