Jason Grahek
- Born and raised in the northern Minnesota town of Hibbing
- Attended the University of North Dakota to study Electrical Engineering and played basketball for the Fighting Sioux
- Graduated with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering in 1994
- Worked for two systems integration companies spanning entire career
- In my 17th year with Industrial Automation Engineering, or IAE
- Started as controls engineering for 5 years
- Transitioned into project manager for 2 years
- Migrated to a consultative selling position focusing on business development before becoming vice president and sales director
- Been focused for the past decade on offering unique approaches to hazard monitoring and process automation in the grain and milling market segment
- Became involved with GEAPS in 2010 and was named co-chair of the Host Advisory Council for GEAPS Exchange 2012 in Minneapolis
