Korey G. Kallstrom

Korey Kallstrom is a member of the Faegre Baker Daniels finance and restructuring practice. He represents commercial banks, private equity funds and corporations in debt financings, including convertible debt, and acquisitions. He has assisted in the drafting and negotiation of credit agreements, security agreements and other ancillary loan documents.
