Adam Hertzke

Adam Hertzke is a member of the Faegre & Benson corporate practice. He counsels clients on a range of issues, including commodity agreements and regulation, public and private finance, mergers and acquisitions, and bankruptcy preference liability. Prior to joining the firm, Adam interned at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange with derivatives broker MF Global. While interning for MF Global, Adam assisted brokers in executing multimillion dollar options contracts and learned options trading strategies.
