Dr. Christine Wilson
Dr. Christine Wilson is an assistant professor in Agricultural Economics at Purdue University. She teaches undergraduate courses in marketing management and accounting for farm business planning, and graduate courses in agricultural finance and risk. Dr. Wilson’s research interests include the areas of agribusiness management, finance, marketing, and demand and price analysis. Dr. Wilson joined the faculty at Purdue University in April 2001. In addition to teaching and research in Agricultural Economics, she is an instructor in theprograms sponsored by the Center for Food and Agricultural Business. She received her Ph.D. in agricultural economics with specializations in agribusiness management, agricultural finance and marketing from Kansas State University. Rural southwestern Kansas is home to Christine, who grew up on a wheat,corn, sorghum and cattle farm in Jetmore, Kan.
