Reuters' Tom Polansek reported on Monsanto has sued the Arkansas State Plant Board over a proposed ban on the use of dicamba herbicides over the summer of 2018.
The herbicide has been accused of vaporizing and drifting during high temperatures, allegedly causing damage to neighboring crops. According to the lawsuit, the board did not review some studies submitted by Monsanto.
