Wisconsin Ag Connection reported on a judgment by North Carolina U.S. District Judge Frank Whitney, on a case between Cargill and WDS Inc. a warehouse company. The judge increased the $35.2 million verdict entered by a jury to 105.5 million. The judge deferred the company violated the federal Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act when it overcharged Cargill.
