Melissa Erdman

Melissa Erdman has been in agriculture her whole life, growing up in a rural area in the “thumb” of Michigan with an older brother and a younger sister. Her father dairy farms, along with some cash crop farming, while her mother works at the local high school. Melissa graduated from Michigan State University with a bachelor degree in Animal Science. She currently works at Farmers Co-Operative Grain Company, a locally owned cooperative in Kinde, MI, with divisions in grain, agronomy, seed treatment, fertilizer, feed, lumber, hardware, and fuel deliveries along with a full-service gas station. Melissa manages the feed division and sales. Working at a smaller company means she also serves as the go-to person for everything. She loves that her job is always different each day!
