About Auburn’s Poultry Science Program
• In 2012/2013 school year, the program has 50 undergraduate; 25 graduate students.
• Auburn offers one of six poultry science programs in United States.
• In the Alabama and Southeastern poultry industries, there are approximately five times as many employment opportunities for poultry science graduates as there are graduates to fill them.
• Poultry Science at Auburn has four degree tracks: Poultry Production, Poultry Pre-Vet, Poultry Processing and Products, and Food Science.
