The port staff manages the facility, the labor, the operations and maintenance. All planning and logistics originate at AGP’s headquarters in Omaha and are relayed to Cenci, who coordinates AGP’s labor needs to the PGH, which typically staffs 30 full-time employees at the AGP facility.

Cenci and Parker speak for AGP when they state they are proud of the relationship it has developed with the port and the labor force in this area. “Everyone is focused in production — and we couldn’t be happier,” Parker says. “It’s been an enjoyable experience being part of this project.”
