Volatile markets, diminishing resources and consumer trends demanding more transparency than ever are quickly changing the environment of animal nutrition. These conditions led Cargill, based in Wayzata, Minnesota, to invest $50 million in renovations at its Global Animal Nutrition Innovation Center in Elk River, Minnesota.
